Digital confirmation is usually delivered within 15–30 minutes of booking, or may take up to 2–3 hours during peak season.
Safari services are delivered on the scheduled date and time chosen by the customer at the time of booking.
Your safari slot (morning or afternoon) depends on:

Forest Department allotment
Seasonal timings
All safari services are delivered at the Kaziranga National Park reporting point shared in your confirmation message.
We do not ship or deliver any physical goods.
